Position: Mowing Foreman

Specifically, this person is responsible for the following:
- Has a valid driver’s license
- Has 3 years’ experience in Commercial/Residential Mowing and able to report directly to the Operations Manager
- Review daily and weekly work to prepare for the current work at hand
- Team Leader assures Mowing equipment, tools and trucks are kept clean and organized
- Coordinate and communicate work with our customers considering their individual needs and site conditions to provide complete professionally manicured yards
- Responsible for the quality, productivity and efficiency of the team
- Maintain accurate paperwork for job tracking
- Oversee work of the team, providing additional instructions and training to other team members to assure work is completed in a professional and efficient manner at the highest of quality
- Can efficiently and safely operate and maintain the following equipment: Truck/Trailer combo
- Must be able to operate an Exmark walk behind mower with sulky

- Demonstrates a positive and motivated attitude that creates a work environment others want to participate and excel in
- Have strong communication skills with customers and team members
- Maintain flexibility to flow between Commercial and Residential work
- Can lead a snow plow route effectively and help the team succeed in a snow event

Position: Fertilization Technician

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining healthy landscapes and minimizing disease activity in the turf and landscape by proper application.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential customers, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Coordinating with the team to provide estimates to clients requesting additional services.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the assigned truck and equipment along with a professional appearance.
- Maintain an efficient route and producing the highest possible quality and profit
- Completing daily paperwork requirements.
- Winter work which may include but is not limited to snowplowing, salting, shoveling and working in the shop.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year lawn care experience is required.
- Knowledge of insecticides, fertilizers, fungicides and ability to apply them at the properly calibrated rate.
- Ability to diagnose insect and disease in turf and landscape
- General plant ID
- Physical ability to lift and work outdoors in various climate elements.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment, accept new challenges, multi-task and prioritize
- Valid Driver’s license/Safe and lawful driving practices must be demonstrated at all times.
- Ability to operate a Z-Sprayer
- Fertilizing Certification and Licenses
Salary: $15-18 Depending on Licenses, Certifications and Experience.

Position: Landscape Detail Foreman
Specifically, this person is responsible for the following:
- Has a valid driver’s license
- Has 3 years’ experience in Commercial/Residential Landscaping and able to report directly to the Operations Manager
- Has 1 year experience in Management of a Crew
- Review daily and weekly work to prepare for the current work at hand
- Team Leader assures all equipment, tools and trucks are kept clean and organized
- Coordinate and communicate work with our customers considering their individual needs and site conditions to provide complete professionally manicured yards
- Responsible for the quality, productivity and efficiency of the team
- Maintain accurate paperwork for job tracking
- Oversee work of the team, providing additional instructions and training to other team members to assure work is completed in a professional and efficient manner at the highest of quality
- Can efficiently and safely operate and maintain the following equipment: Truck/Trailer combo
